Our approach

We are a group of transplants to Miami. Everyone on our team has moved from New York, Ukraine, and as far away as South Africa. We bring our work ethic with us to the job. We pride our selves in the fact that we are always on time, are available 365 days per year and are ready to service every need of your Building’s Amenities Deck. Our approach is unique because we can tailor our services: from just staffing to a “360 Degree" approach where we handle design, implementation, maintenance, and daily operations with full services across gyms, pools, pool decks, spas, massage therapy, as well as all commensurate inventory (ie towels, shampoo, & water). No task is too small for us and everything is consistently executed.

We are equipped to handle every potential issue and service your building’s amenity spaces require. We have staff ready to work every day of the week, including holidays, all year round. Our SpaTechs are trained and experienced in all matters, including Massage Therapy, Resident Greeting and management, Furniture Administration, Gym Management, Inventory Management, and cleaning, as well as managing external service providers. We have a network of pool cleaning, spa maintenance, and gym maintenance vendors that can be called upon anytime.

Our team members are ready to service your Building’s Amenities Spaces every day, and even on all holidays, 365 days per year. We hire all of the staff directly and send only one bill on a monthly basis to your COA which covers all of the costs. We have experts and vetted vendors ready to upgrade your facilities.
